Whatever, I’m no fan of underage drinking..I didn’t drink til the legal age here (no lie!) but, I don’t really care if people drink under the age. Starting @ 13 is a bit much, like a lot of the people from my town did (I’m from Bumfuck Nowhere, Ontario, Canada…we were bored)
I just hope she is responsible…and she’s only 2 years away from it being legal haha

In england you can order beer with a meal at Age 16.

Exactly, I lived in Europe and you can have beer at 16. Liqour is only allowed when you are 18. So her birthday is on the 15th of April, that’s better than some of our own stars who are years away from 21. Let her be!

It looks like she’s just fooling around – not actually drinking. And given that the laws are different in the UK and the US – it’s not that big of a deal.

What concerns me is not that she’s drinking, but that she obviously started drinking before putting her eye makeup on. Nobody does that to herself when she’s sober.

She dosen’t even have the bottle raised all the way up, she could just be goofing off. I’ve done that as a kid at cookouts and such, even before I started drinking. Otherwise, you would think she wouldn’t be tipping the bottle like she is in the first one, that’d she’d actually be drinking some of it.

Get over it…at least she’s not all sloppy drunk and high like all of our US under age celebs that totaly make the rest of US woman look like total crack whores!!!!! 5 movies into the series is a little too late to dump her, especially over something as harmless (to the rest of the world) as this. Was she getting herself arrested? No. Getting sent to rehab? No. Beating on anyone in public? No.

She did the same thing that 15 year olds everywhere are doing – only difference is, she failed to take into account that at least one of her friends is NOT a very good friend (or this wouldn’t have made it online).

it’s okay for her to drink here in england if an adult bought the beer for her…but i still don’t like to see such young people getting tipsy like that (and she IS tipsy – look how flushed she is). And just because everyone else does it, that doesn’t make it okay. well whatever it’s none of our business really…and what kind of a fool is she to allow someone to take a picture of her drinking?
