Justin Bieber says he was the victim of theft during his Washington show on October 9.
“Yesterday during the show me and my tour manager josh had some stuff stolen,” Bieber tweeted on October 10. “really sucks. people should respect other’s property.”
The 18-year-old performer, seen here last night (October 10, 2012) performing in Vancouver, Canada, was in Tacoma, Washington performing a stop on his 2012 Believe tour. The singer tweeted about the incident to his nearly 29 million followers.
“I had a lot of personal footage on that computer and camera and that is what bothers me the most. #lame #norespect” he Tweeted shortly after the first message.
It is unclear if anything else was taken in the alleged theft. Shortly after this news hit the internet, a nude photo of Justin appeared online.
The person in the photo has the same tattoo as Bieber, a tiny bird on his hip, but his face is not shown. It’s unclear whether the picture is a product of photoshop or not. The Canadian teen heartthrob hasn’t commented on the nude picture, but he has expressed his outrage toward the thief.
Beliebers on Twitter are insisting that the photo is several months old. They also claim that the belly button in the pic doesn’t match Bieber’s, but we’re going to politely decline to investigate the belly button, as we prefer not to look at this photo longer than absolutely necessary. According to one fan on Tumblr, the nipples also aren’t the right shape. Justin does have some dedicated fans.
Amelia McDonell-Parry from The Frisky says she saw it in a blog post from 10 months ago.
The incident comes on the same day Justin was the victim of a ‘swatting’ prank.
A call was placed to emergency services, with the person on the line claiming someone was waving a gun next to the 18-year-old star’s Los Angeles home.
Cars and helicopters were dispatched to the property – which is in an area where stars including Kourtney Kardashian, Romeo and Travis Barker also have homes – and Justin’s security staff let the officers in, but a sweep of the property found nothing.
