Former Heroes star Hayden Panettiere smokes a cigarette outside of a Mexican restaurant in Los Angeles with two friends after leaving a charity event today. The 21 year old actress, who is currently dating NFL player Scotty McKnight, 23, is seen drinking a margarita and enjoying a meal with friends at the restaurant.

Afterward, Hayden waited outside for her car – multitasking between what looks like two cell phones – while sitting on her Louis Vuitton duffel bag and clutching onto a George, Gina & Lucy handbag.

Hayden attended the Neutrogena’s 2nd Annual Wave for Change By Helping Kids Make A Difference this afternoon in Los Angeles with Vanessa Hudgens.

Wave For Change is a charitable program that makes it easy for teens everywhere to give back in the U.S and other parts of the world where can make a huge impact before they head back to school.
