The holiday season had at least one low point for Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere when she was engaged in some clubbing just before Christmas. Panettiere got busted for partying at a 21+ club in Suffern, NY when her ID revealed that she is a mere 19 years old even though she reportedly wasn’t drinking.
However, Hayden wasn’t just stuck outside the club when this happened because the club actually took her ID. In an attempt to get it back, the pint-sized star called the cops on herself.
Apparently her quick-thinking action worked because the police returned the ID to the on-screen cheerleader and she was able to go about her business.
How delicious would it be if this is the first the boyfriend is hearing about why Hayden couldn’t hang out with him that evening?

there is a new club in Suffern…opened in November. It’s really cool – NV Lounge. story is true.
