It figures that after a week of her plastic surgeon’s untimely death, Heidi Montag would start to rethink her plastic surgery.

The blonde recently sat down exclusively with Life & Style to tell-all about her plastic surgery regrets, saying, “I’m desperate to go back to normal…I’m downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D.”

It’s been less than a year after she went surgery crazy and she said her body is still in pain and that her body has not adjusted well. Well, color me surprised!

She said she’s unable to hug her dogs, wear only custom-made clothing and unable to workout. “I feel trapped in my own body,” she said. Well, it’s almost 60% not your body anymore, silly. It’s plastic.

She’s afraid that Dr. Frank Ryan was the only person to undo what she had done. What an idiot!
