In what had to be one of the most blatant displays of “I want more than just 15 minutes of fame,’ “The Hills” star Heidi Montag (along with her slightly icky co-star and boyfriend Spencer Pratt), hit the beach to proudly show off her new implants. Notice how many times in these photos how she’s totally aware of the paparazzi. If she were a “true” celebrity, she’s be pissed at the paparazzi intrusion of her intimate moments. But alas, she’s just a D-List reality star looking to inch up to the C-List.

Do these pictures look ridiculously posed or what? They’ve even somehow trained the dog to have the perfect expression- this looks like a catalogue shoot, not real life.
