No wonder Dame Helen Mirren’s State of Play co-star Russell Crowe was being so affectionate on the red carpet for the London premiere of their film.
The 63-year-old stunner was flaunting some dangerous curves and wasn’t afraid to show them off, in a ruched, ivory gown that clung to her in all the right places. As for Crowe, the 45-year-old actor cut a much thinner figure at the event after losing most of his Body of Lies weight that he’d gained for the role.
Helen talked to reporters about what it felt like to play Russell’s boss in the film, “I love pushing him around. Except, of course, I don’t when the camera’s not rolling.” Girl, from the looks of it, I don’t guess he’d protest to that too much.
