It finally happened.  Kim Kardashian has reached her paparazzi breaking point.

Trying her very best to stay out of the spotlight, Kardashian blocked her face with a Balenciaga bag in Beverly Hills today (November 18th).  The reality star left the Boom Boom & Beyond salon with a friend, who acted as a human shield against hungry photogs.
