While working with Jack Nicholson on the new film “The Departed” Leonardo DiCaprio admits he was terrified of Jack. The former “Shimmer” star used the means of matches, a bottle of whisky, and a gun to put the fear into Leo as well as his character.

“In the scene, my character is sitting across the table from a homicidal maniac, who will maybe light me on fire! It gave my character a whole new dynamic and shifted the scene in a different direction. Some things that he did that day are in the film. I was terrified.”

Nicholson takes on the role of a mob boss who makes Tony Soprano look like Flopsy the Clown. While Leo looks like he should put the burrito down.

He’s not aging well, sloped shoulders, and a pear shaped body… Departed is his lost sex appeal.
