It’s perfectly understandable for a new mom to have put on some baby weight. And it’s also perfectly understandable for a new mom to take some time getting her body back to the way it was before pregnancy in the healthiest way possible. This is the mentality that Duff has, who recently spoke to Parents magazine about her fitness goals saying, “There are some women who look the same right after — I think they are freaks of nature! I don’t know how that happens.” She explained, “I’m not one of those people. It takes your body nine months to get there — really 10 months. So I’m trying to be patient but I’m working hard. And I think now more than ever, I appreciate my body and what it’s done for me.”
Having said that, after 9 months of balancing married life, parental life and her rigorous training schedule, consisting of “boxing to two-a-day workouts incorporating wind sprints and jump roping,” Duff is finally ready to begin revealing all the hard work she’s put into her body. The actress’ first milestone? A picture of the skinny jeans that Duff can now fit into. The actress tweeted a picture of the jeans paired with the caption, “Yaaaa bitches! Gabe Johns you’re kickin my ass and its paying off! Skinny jeans! lets go!”
Looks like all of working out is paying off! In addition to the gym hours that Duff has put in, the new mom has constantly been seen out and about, walking around with her son. This surely sheds some calories on it’s own! With all of the beneficial activites that Duff is busying herself with, it’s only a matter of time before some bikini pictures show up, I’d say!
