Pre-wide release screenings and premieres of Twilight have resulted in praise of the film, from both fans and critics alike. As you might have noticed (*ahem*) we’ve caught some Twilight fever ourselves because dammit, that shit is highly contagious.
As for the fans, most seem happy with the on-screen version of the Stephenie Meyer-created landscape and characters. One of our favorite reactions came from a 20-year-old female fan who was quoted as saying:
“I wanted to scream every time Edward was onscreen. I’m going to model
my boyfriend after him. I’ll take him to see the movie and say ‘see–like that. You should be like that.’ “
Apologies to her future ex-husband will assuredly be prepared by Summit Entertainment, Stephenie Meyer and of course, Robert Pattinson. Seriously though, can’t wait to drag our collective boyfriends to the premiere! Let the impossible expectations begin!

apparently me, that’s who. am i the only one who thinks he is funny looking??? maybe after seeing the movie, i will change my mind, but somehow i doubt that.

He CAN be beautiful, like he is in the movie. But seriously, he could have cleaned up for the promotion of this movie. EVERY picture he is in, he looks like he needs a freakin’ bath! He doesn’t look like he smells very good.
