Hopefully It’s Not A Case of The Blind Leading The Blind

Brought together by music giant Clive Davis, it seems that Courtney Love and Whitney Houston have become friends. Troubled by his long-time friend’s drug addiction, Davis asked Love to help intervene and get Houston on the path to becoming clean and sober.

US Weekly reports that Love and Houston have developed a close friendship, with Love introducing Houston to her addiction counselor, Warren Boyd.

I’m glad to see that Courtney seems to be committed to staying clean (hopefully) and is even going so far as to try and help others more troubled than she, however, I just hope this friendship doesn’t progress to her introducing her plastic surgeon to Whitney. Because THAT would just be bad news.

Isn’t asking Courtney Love to be your drug counselor a bit like asking George W. Bush to be your reading tutor?
