Here’s Patrick Dempsey fresh out of the gym checking out a few fast rides. The prime-time doctor’s need for speed is well known, as he has a healthy appetite for hot cars and has even driven in a few professional races this past year. In the photos you can see him shaking the hand of a man — I wonder if he just bought himself a shiny new toy to celebrate going back to work on the Grey’s Anatomy set. Cha-ching!

By the way, is it April yet? I really miss checking Patrick out in his McDreamy scrubs.
