The Daily Mail reports that, in part, Madonna’s muscled body can in part be attributed to using an apparatus called “The Power Plate.” The way this works is, the plate vibrates and you stand on it for 15 minutes, and it’s supposed to offer the same benefits as working out for an hour. That’s the good news. The bad news, it costs about $7,000.
Call me old-fashioned, but if I’m going to spend $7,000 on looking good and am feeling lazy, I’m just going to get thin the way God intended–liposuction.

Madonna always dresses her kids so cute, they really are adorable children. I’m thinking the little girl was just holding Mom’s coffee. Madonna seems like she runs a tight ship with the kids. She is a disciplined person herself.
