V Man published an editorial called “How To Audition For Your Dream Role,” featuring Miley Cyrus love interest Liam Hemsworth, Matt Lanter of 90210, Melrose Place star Michael Rady, Mark Salling of Glee and The Vampire Diaries’ Paul Wesley. The issue hits stands tomorrow.

The interviews detail how each adorable actor got his start. Before getting his big break on the musical comedy smash, Sallling, 27, had his first gig in a Heineken beer commercial at age 11 while future vampire Wesley, also 27, once had a director tell him to his face he did a bad audition.

But let’s not lie, no one is listening when they talk. The boys got all dressed up in designer duds like Marc Jacobs and let the pictures do the talking.
