Yes Hugh Jackman has been spending most of his time of late promoting his latest X-Men film, but is kept busy with other things as well. The actor, and his wife Deborra-Lee Furness Jackman, will emcee the Worldwide Orphans Foundation (WWO) Second Annual Benefit Gala this fall. The couple are known child advocates and just recently finalized the adoption of their daughter Eva.

WWO serves orphaned children worldwide through the direct delivery of humanitarian programs designed to solve specific medical, developmental, emotional and psycho-social needs.

This year, Tony-Award winning actress Mary-Louise Parker (Proof) will be WWO’s Special Guest, and Ms. Parker intends to share her thoughts about WWO with Gala attendees.
