Hugh Jackman Literally Drops In On ‘Wolverine’ Launch

Ever the showman, Hugh Jackman, Hugh Jackman stood on the rail of a helicopter and then dropped down on to Sydney’s Cockatoo Island this morning to unveil the first official footage of his X-Men films.

The site holds special significance for the Australian producer and star of the big budget movie, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, because the island was used during filming of the film.

Jackman was due to show 20 minutes of footage of X-Men Origins, which was shot largely in Sydney. Let’s hope none of the footage shown gets leaked. Critics beware not to review the footage, as it might get you fired.
