While Lindsay Lohan‘s parents, Michael and Dina Lohan, duke it out over whether or not they were planning to surprise their eldest daughter with an intervention, the freckled starlet is keeping her distance from her parental units on a getaway to Paris.

Plumped-up Lindsay is braving the cold in an outfit of leggings, boots and a sweater alongside her sister, Ali, who is dressed in similarly somber gear.

Now, I forget, was this supposed intervention for Lindsay’s supposed drug and alcohol use, or is it for her obvious addiction to Botox? Either way, you can rest assured that they will handle the situation with the delicacy and decorum that typifies the Lohan clan.
