Drew Barrymore was spotted walking very casually in New York with a male companion and since she dropped Justin Long like a bad habit, we thought it might be fun to speculate that it was for this guy, Barry Mendel. Mendel is a producer who is working with Barrymore on her rollerskating movie starring Ellen Page entitled Whip It!
After their breakup, Long opted not to continue working on the film with Barrymore and if these two are an item, it’s probably for the best that Justin got out when he did. A source revealed to Celebuzz that Barry is “perpetually single but likely not dating [Drew].”
Yeah, this guy looks way too age appropriate. Drew likes ‘em young and I can’t say that I blame her.

Drew,
I genuinely would have wanted to know you (in any capacity) at another time or under different circumstances, but if I’m making you cry, just go. Don’t threaten it, just go. I don’t want you to be sad anymore.
I just want us both to be happy again. Obviously I don’t make you happy and you don’t make me happy either. Go do whatever you need to do.
If it was just a heart thing, I never would have said or done anything to make you cry. I’m sorry.
