This one confounds me. Is he challenged? Shia LaBeouf was filming scenes for Transformers 2 at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in Washington, DC. And they don’t allow smoking on the premises. But, being a f*cking idiot, LaBeouf thought he was above that and went into the men’s room for a butt. At which point he set off that smoke detector. Dumb bitch!
According to reports, Pinhead had thrown the cig in the toilet just as the museum guards burst in to see if the paper towel dispenser was on fire. LaBeouf got a “stern lecture” and was told he’d be ejected from the museum if he did it again. Seeing as Hollywood owns everything, I doubt that it would come to that. But those guards should have given him a sound beating for being a shit-for-brains.
This is the same douche who’s gotten busted for smoking in a restricted area before, was arrested for not leaving a Walgreens whilst shitfaced, and most recently had his pussy-ass video of him getting bitch-slapped and calling his “brah” a “faggot” posted on the ‘Net.
If you’re going to be a rebel, do something hot and not this penny ante spoiled brat shit.

this story was first reported by the national enquirer and has been making the rounds, hardly a reputable source. nothing was “supposedly” caught on fire in the original story. does anyone else find this a bit fishy… come on? i seriously doubt that he would risk doing something that incredibly dumb during filming after all his past experiences. everyone knows that there are smoke alarms in school bathrooms so without a doubt so would a f***ing museum bathroom. there hasnt been a public statement for damage control, the usual hollywood bulls**t… so im pretty sure this is just nonsense

I filmed scenes for Transformers 2 in Philly and will be filming more scenes tomorrow in Princeton… Shia did get in trouble for smoking in the museum, I asked him. He ALSO got in trouble for smoking on Gerard College’s campus…which is also a no-smoking, fenced-in zone.
He smokes pretty much between every scene/take. It was about 80 degrees when we were shooting…he was sweating, but when I shook his hand, they were ice-cold. And he REAKS like smoke. Gross

If it has been a fire, the building and priceless treasures could have been lost. You don’t smoke in museums for a good reason – not to control people or take away their rights, as you stupidly claims, but to protect the building and its contents. “Something you seem to like and treat you like this” – wow, what a moronic statement.
