With Kate Hudson’s divorce only recently filed by husband, Chris Martin, and Owen Wilson and Kate not even yet ready to admit a relationship between the two of them, an engagement ring might seem a bit of a premature step, no? Well, according to spies, none of these obstacles seem to be holding Owen back from making a commitment to Kate.
Owen Wilson is planning to propose to Kate Hudson, it has been claimed. The comic actor – who has grown increasingly close to his ‘You, Me and Dupree’ co-star since she split from husband Chris Robinson – was allegedly seen shopping for engagement rings with his mother at the Harry Winston diamond store in Dallas on Friday (24.11.06). A source told the New York Post newspaper: “They were looking at a huge, pear-shaped, flawless diamond engagement ring.”
Of course, Owen’s camp denies that any such purchase was made. Starpulse News Blog quote’s Owen’s people as saying:
“Owen’s mother was looking for jewelry for herself.”
Oh celebrity marriage. It’s always so adorably optimistic. Yet unrealistic. But it will be fun to watch them try to make it work.

Kate Hudson’s husband is Chris Robinson, not Chris Martin.
They are both tragically flakey, so I see them in firmly B list territory in a year or two. The PENIS NOSE would kill me though, I would always be laughing at him and staring.
Feel really sorry for the hirsute kid though, Mom’s not reallly good at relationships or reality. Chris ended up with the best part of the whole deal, sorta ironic.
Im not sure those 2 are even together..are they? There haven’t been any pics for a while..and I don’t think hes ready to settle down!
