Isla Fisher Sticks Up For ‘Confessions Of A Shopaholic’

At the premiere for her film Confessions of a Shopaholic, Australian actress Isla Fisher explained that even in this time of economic crisis, she believes her comedy about a woman with a spending addiction is highly relatable.

“The character is learning lessons about consumption and debt like the rest of us right now,” the actress said. And to prove her point, Fisher stepped out in a shorts because sadly, she couldn’t afford the fabric for the pants.

Kidding! I’m not mad at her for starring in a silly movie. I’ll actually probably go see it because it looks cute and will distract me from my financial problems. And by go see, of course I mean “sneak into.”
