Patrick Dempsey, Ellen Pompeo, T.R. Knight, Justin Chambers, Sandra Oh, Eric Dane and Katherine Heigl are all on the Grey’s Anatomy set today filming a wedding scene. So are Meredith and Derek finally getting married (or is someone else?), or will something happen to prevent the wedding? If they do get married look for something to mar the event, like a mass murder or an unexpected death.
Nothing happens on Grey’s Anatomy without consequences. Do you think the wedding will go off without a hitch?

Where were these taken? Depending on whether or not it is a church may tell a lot about who is getting married.

Derek is wearing a wedding ring. Does that mean he & Meredith already got married? Is this their wedding, and if so, why is he so frowny?

I think Izzy and Alex are getting married. Izzy looks really healthy in these pictures! And Derek and Mer could have already gotten married or Patrick just hasn’t taken his own ring off yet?
