Proud parents Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are due in court not to file divorce papers (that’s so two months ago), but to collect some easy lawsuit money.

The Latino couple are seeking at least $5 million in damages from Silvercross America Limited, who used photos of the celebs innocently pushing Max and Emme in one of their strollers to advertise their pricey baby products. 

What idiots these people are. They’re going to be out $5 million, in a bad economy, when all they had to do was ask.  J-Lo’s always up for a little opportunity to put her face on things! Well, so long as there’s cash involved. 

And, sure, profiting off her kids won’t do wonders for her bronzy-ass image, but neither will that reality show she’s planning.  If there’s one thing the Bennifer days taught us, it’s that this bitch is shameless.
