It’s pretty effing hot here in Los Angeles, so here’s hoping that Jake Gyllenhaal stayed hydrated as he hiked Runyon Canyon in the Hollywood Hills today.  Sporting an LAPD tee and still keeping that buzz cut in check from filming End Of Watch, Gyllenhaal looked ready to climb them hills.

Gyllenhaal had a very busy Labor Day weekend, hanging with not one, but two lovely starlets.  Saturday he and Rashida Jones grabbed lunch at Cafe Gratitude (the two reportedly met back at The Art Of Elysium Gala in January).  On Sunday Gyllenhaal and Watch co-star Anna Kendrick were seen partying in Las Vegas.
