Janet Jackson’s forthcoming album was supposed to be called “20 Years Old,” but it will now go by a shorter title. Originally “20 Years Old,” the album’s title got shorter at the suggestion of several fans participating in the album cover design contest Jackson’s holding on Yahoo! Music.
What type of music can we look forward to on the new album? Jackson said:
It’s all about her desire “to get back to dance. … I wanted up-tempo music that would give me — and everyone else — something to move to.”
It also “is all about going back to my roots … back to some real R&B.”
Now lets just hope it’s better than the first single.

It’s good to hear that Janet is getting back to her R&B and Dance roots…
I’m glad that she’s back in the spot light as well and making the rounds from TV talk shows, the MVA and The Ariva party she attended not to long ago. Go Janet Go!!!
