It looks like Jason Wahler (pictured here in March of last year) is in a race with rapper DMX to see who can get arrested the most times. FYI, DMX is in the lead with I believe nine arrests. Jason has a few to go with “only” six arrests to his name.

Wahler was arrested Friday night for allegedly driving under the influence. Newport Beach PD tells us Wahler was popped last night around 10:54 PM. He was driving a 2008 Chevy Tahoe and described himself to police as “an actor.” He was released this morning under his own recognizance.

Lauren Conrad is said to be thrilled by all of Jason’s arrests, because they only make her look smarter for dumping him.
