Jennifer Aniston has reportedly purchased a 9,000 square foot home in Beverly Hills for $15 million dollars. The best part about purchasing this beautiful property is that it is located about three doors down from her best friend Courteney Cox. The half-acre plot where Aniston’s new home sits, is designed by famed architect Hal Levitt, is still under construction and will reportedly include six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Other celebrities that will be the Friends’ stars new neighbors include Jessica Simpson and Sharon Stone. I can see the neighborhood backyard barbecues now and Saturday afternoon book clubs! Jennifer has been living in a small home in Malibu since her divorce from “insta-dad” Brad Pitt. Courteney has been a frequent visitor to her Malibu bungalow and has been spotted taking Coco for walks on the beach with Jen and the dogs.
