Jennifer Aniston has fueled fresh rumors that she could be heading for marriage with beau Justin Theroux as she displayed a new heart-shaped ring during her appearance to promote breast cancer prevention recently.

Yesterday (October 3), Aniston joined Dr. Jill Biden and Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius at the new Inova Breast Care Center in Alexandria, VA where they toured the mammography room and learned about the facility’s new breast cancer treatments. Later Aniston listened and was overcome with emotion during a roundtable discussion during her visit.

Aniston is also recognizing Breast Cancer Awareness month by serving as an executive producer for the Lifetime Original movie Five, which explores the impact of breast cancer on people’s lives.

Jen was wearing the jewelry item on her right hand – and it comes as an addition to the gold ring on her wedding finger.
