Well this one came out of nowhere. The 42-year-old Jennifer Lopez is producing and possibly starring in a live action film remake of the iconic Carmen Sandiego franchise, Deadline reports. According to the site, Lopez will play the ACME agency’s greatest-detective-turned-greatest-thief and is tracked down by her former partner who must try to discover if she is really a hero or a villain.

The film will be produced by Lopez, her Nuyorican Production partners’ Benny Medina and Simon Fields and Underground Films’ Nick Osbourne, Trevor Engelson and Devin Andre, according to Deadline. Lopez and her team will work with Walden Media, which creates properties that challenge kids.

On Wednesday (November 2) the superstar was spotted wearing a pair of shorts and high heels while being escorted by several bodyguards. She is currently in Buenos Aires, Argentina to shoot a commercial for L’Oreal‘s new skin care cream line called Sublime.
