No, it wasn’t a pose-off between yogis, as you might think from the title of this post. Instead, Jennifer Aniston was served just outside the Sunset Towers with legal papers while at the DVD launch party for her yoga instructor’s Yogalosophy. The Friends star was given paperwork requesting that she appear as a witness in an upcoming sexual harassment lawsuit involving her agent, Todd Shemarya.
Shermarya, one of Hollywood’s biggest agents, is being sued by his former assistant, Heather Devlin. The incident was most likely the low point on an otherwise fun evening for the actress and yoga enthusiast.
Aniston played host for the evening, and was joined by her BFF, Courteney Cox, Ricki Lake and Josh Groban, among other guests.
