So Jennifer Aniston is staying in Beverly Hills after all. She is buying a house in Beverly Hills for $15 million. The home, designed in the early 1970s by architect Hal Levitt, is being rebuilt and entered escrow while in construction. The one-story house has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in 9,000-plus square feet, according to public records.

Jennifer has been leasing a two-bedroom home with 50 feet of beachfront in Malibu. I’m assuming that she’ll have enough land to walk her dogs, since she won’t have her beachfront access anymore.
