When it comes to her friendships, former Friends star, Jennifer Aniston is dedicated. The actress recently jetted back from a trip to Morocco in order to make sure she was back in Los Angeles in time to help celebrate the DVD launch of her yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber.
A snitch reveals to Page Six, “Jen works out with Mandy up to five times a week, and they have become such great friends she even takes Mandy on vacation with her. So Jen was delighted to help launch her DVD.”
In addition, Aniston even filmed an introduction for the Yogalosophy DVD, telling viewers, “Mandy brought yoga into my life. This workout will change your body and your mind.” Expected at Thursday’s launch at the Sunset Towers hotel are Jennifer’s good buddy, Courteney Cox, as well as the Editor-in-Chief of SELF, the magazine which showcased the yoga feature of Jen and Mandy that inspired the DVD in the first place.
Looking tan and toned as she does, Aniston’s endorsement will certainly go a long way.
