Wow, now this is the first marriage that won’t die. Jennifer Lopez‘s first husband, Ojani Noa, has had a temporary restraining order slapped on him by the pop star actress.

The singer took this legal step in order to keep Ojai from distributing eleven hours of home video footage which he was planning to use in his movie about their 11-month marriage, The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story.

This footage includes their 1997 honeymoon and reportedly features a scantily dressed Lopez being spanked by her then-husband. Back in 2007, J.Lo successfully stopped Noa’s attempt to publish a tell-all book about their relationship, but he remains confident. Noa tells the New York Post, “I’m going to fight this.”

She just better hope he doesn’t combine his efforts with Michael Lohan, the King of Irreparably Destroying Relationships.
