Pop star triathlete, Jennifer Lopez, is perfecting her dance moves for the upcoming American Music Awards at the Nokia Theater L.A. Live. From the look of her contortions and high-jumps, La Lopez is preparing to give the audience a hell of a performance.

While she might be electrifying the crowd with her sweet moves, her recently leaked single “Louboutins” is less-than-impressive, in this blogger’s opinion. Her ode to fashionable footwear was reportedly originally intended for Brandy, but ended up on J.Lo’s new album.

Maybe she can dance her way out of this boring little ditty.
