Jersey Shore’s Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi was seen shopping at Bebe clothing store for a new outfit before hosting a birthday party with her castmates in Whitehall, Pennsylvania on January 23rd. Snooki should do a little less shopping and put some of that hard earned money into savings considering MTV’s only offering $5,000 an episode to each Jersey Shore cast member.
TMZ reports the Jersey Shore cast has rejected MTV’s salary offer for Season 2. It looks like the cast’s supply and demand of hair care products is rising. Sources connected with the negotiation says MTV offered Snooki, Pauly D, “The Situation” and the others each a $10,000 signing bonus and $5,000 an episode.
The cast rejected the offer and requested that everyone would get the same amount and it had to be higher than MTV’s first offer. Sources say MTV doubled the offer to $10,000 an episode. The cast hasn’t responded to the second offer.
MTV has a contractual hold on the cast for another year, meaning the cast have no right to renegotiate but it’s done all the time with popular shows. The season finale of Jersey Shore had a ratings high of 4.8 million viewers.
A spokesperson for MTV would not comment on the negotiations and revealed the network has not made a final decision to bring back Jersey Shore for Season 2.

Who cares. They are just a bunch of hoodlum wannabes and sluts. Get ‘em the hell off tv and back in the gutter where they belong.
