Jessica Biel got her charity on last night (December 12) at the 6th Annual Charity:Ball benefiting charity:water at the 69th Regiment Armory in New York City.

At the event, Jessica debuted some darker locks. The new look went along splendidly with the stunning Valentino black lace gown she wore to the event.

 Biel’s boyfriend Justin Timberlake was no where in sight last night, but Jessica seemed to hold her own at the charity event. The actress took time out of her New Year’s Eve promoting schedule to co-host the event with Tyler Perry.

She was joined on the red carpet by 90210 star Jessica Lowndes who was definitely taking advantage of the powers of a pushup bra. Lowndes wore a plunging black and white leopard-print minidress along with some black tights.
