Presenter Jessica Biel arrived on the red carpet for the 2010 MTV Movie Awards.  Whoa, nelly.  Talk about a teeny-tiny waistline!  The A-Team star looked very put-together, but she might have been better suited for a teachers’ luncheon than the MTV Movie Awards.  Love the skirt.  Feeling alright about the blouse and belt.  Maybe you and your stylist should have a talk tomorrow morning.
