She also says she doesn’t see herself as “ballsy” or “cool” but she does use the word “groovy.” I had so much respect for her until that last sentence.

I’ve never been someone who’s like, ‘I have to, have to, have to have
it,” she says about marriage.
And as for kids?
“I think when you make a decision to have a family and children,
everything else comes second,” she says. “But if I choose to have a
family, I would hope to create a balance, because I don’t want to lose
my sense of identity, my career, and my independence. Why can’t I have
both? Why can’t I have everything? So many women do it.”
Damn, do what every other self-absorbed broad does in H-town and have a kid and hire a nanny the second the kid is cleaned off. Have the kid around for photo opps when necessary and live your life. Why all the chest-thumping. Just do it. You have the money. I should seriously be a life-coach.

Wow these pictures demonstrate how little grace she possesses. I like her strong figure and she’s cute enough but…awkward!
I think her honesty is refreshing. Too many women have kids without really thinking through the consequences. Hurrah to the woman who might not have kids because she acknowledges that she is a bit selfish and not ready to give her life to her children, rather than abandon them to nannies.
Lainey’s rants about Biel are hilarious and justified. Never has so little garnered someone so much attention. Get her agent some kind of award already.
