Jessica Simpson and John Mayer were in Miami on Monday, looking like a full-blown couple, as they shared conversation, sushi and water at The Shore Club’s Nobu restauraunt. From People:
“They looked really cute together,” says one witness at Nobu. “They were talking and laughing the whole time. She was constantly fixing herself to make sure she looked her best for him.”
When the check came, she reached for her bag and he reached for his wallet. She, however, pulled out a lipstick while he grabbed the bill. After the meal, she took a trip to the ladies room, and when she came out, wrapped her arms around the much-taller Mayer and stood on her tiptoes for a kiss on the nose.
Earlier that day, the two attended a yoga class together and both lifted weights afterwards. Wow. In L.A., that’s about as serious as a date can get. If I start reporting them getting matching Mystic tans, watch out. Cause someone’s got a ring.

Though I’m not a Jessica Simpson fan, I’m glad she finally found herself a man. Nick’s success with Vanessa Manillo must be a big kick in the balls to Jessica since she has been man-free. Not too mention Nick’s surprisingly successful album while Jessica’s cd bombed. I won’t even go into her forays with acting and the weight gain.
Bottom line: I’m glad she finally found someone to give her that post coitus, this-guy-just-banged-me glow. Her depressed ass was starting to rub off on me and make me feel bad for her. Which is really the saddest part of this comment.
