Jesus “Sorry-my-Kabbalah-teacher-is-here” Luz agreed to sit down with Interview magazine with one caveat: no Madonna questions!
Why is he even being interviewed then? He doesn’t even have a Wikipedia page!
He became a DJ this year, he studied theater as a kid, he likes New York, blah, blah. Probably the most interesting thing (and that’s a stretch) about the 23-year-old Brazilian model is his hilarious name:
“My father [gave me] my name because he always admired Jesus Christ…he made a deal, like, I’m going to name you Jesus
so everything good in life is going to come to you because they’re
going to make the homage to Jesus…My name is ‘Luz,’ too, which means ‘light.’ So I feel like if I have this name
that’s so special, I should attract good energy.”
Good energy in the form of sugar mama Madonna and a modeling career based around getting half-naked like in the accompanying Interview spread? Hmm, somehow I feel like being the “Like A Virgin” Queen’s boy-toy wasn’t what Dad had in mind.
Why hate on him? It’s the magazine who wanted to interview him in spite of the Madonna condition. He just answered their stupid questions. Plus, it’s not his fault that opportunities are coming his way cuz of his Madonna association. I say good for him. Are you jealous?
He is boring. It’s partly because he’s young and maybe hasn’t had much of a chance to experience life. But Lady GaGa is the same age and she’s not boring. I think he’s just not that bright (hence a model). And these images? Hello. Madonna, circa 1992, Sex book, “Justify My Love”…anyone? This has been d-o-n-e. Jesus needs his own shtick. Or maybe he just doesn’t have one. At least the boy has a great body…which explains what Madonna saw in him. Like her lyrics in the song Celebration (that she sings to Jesus, no less) say, “Haven’t I seen you somewhere before? You look familiar…I guess I just don’t recognize you with your clothes on”. Nooo, really? :D

I think what mostly strike people in the US about Jesus is his lack of mean spirit personality. The boy only talk and does good things. He’s hard working, into developing his spiritual side, into nature, family, just all things good. This is very rare quality in a boy his age with his looks and position in life even in Rio. I guess you only get excited with a***** which you didn’t find in him at all. So sorry then if you don’t appreciate goodness in people.
From what I see when I look at him I can say he is definitely a kind and decent person. I know nothing about NY but in Moscow, Russia, you do not often meet someone who is so open-hearted. In my country, people are spiteful, suspicious and envious. And this guy is just great! I wish him every happiness!
