You can never have too much Joe Manganiello in one day!
“Set your ultimate goals and never take your eyes off of them.”
On learning more about what you do:
“When I was trying to learn more about filmmaking, I took a job as a PA on a low budget film shoot in a part of Downtown LA covered in street art. I had stumbled upon an outdoor museum in a neighborhood that left the artwork up rather than painting over it. There is something about the punk rock, guerrilla spirit of street art. All I have to do is throw up a sticker and I’m right back to the root of what art is all about – making people look just a little closer at the infinite world around them.”
On how not to let people know you sweat it out:
“The magic trick of what I do is that everyone ‘out there’ only sees the glossy finished product. They think you roll out of bed ready to go. What they don’t see is the sweat and struggle of the day to day. The art, craftsmanship, is in the unglamorous footwork – but don’t tell anyone I said that.”
