For the first time since the untimely passing of 45-year-old actress, Natasha Richardson, her sister, Joely Richardson is speaking out about the loss. Immediately following Natasha’s funeral, the Nip/Tuck star threw herself into her work.

However, now that it’s been eight months since Natasha’s death, Joely confesses that she’s ready “for a big travel somewhere.” Talking about the aftershock, she says, “I hadn’t lived a day in my life without her. You worry about your children and your elders, but I never imagined such a thing as this. Tash was a given to me.” Currently, she is relocating to New York with daughter Daisy for two months
to be closer to Natasha’s sons with Liam Neeson, Micheal and Daniel Neeson.

She continues, “So much of what I am is who Tasha was, and I think, sharing all those formative years, there is level of merging…I cannot imagine that there will ever be a day when I don’t think of Tasha.” Summing up their relationship, Richardson says, “We were such opposites, but completely enmeshed in each other.”
