After working out at the Equinox Gym in New York, John Mayer chatted briefly with reporters about his break-up from Jennifer Aniston. The singer, who appeared nervous and emotional during the conversation said, “There’s no lying, there’s no cheating, there’s no nothing.”
He sang Jennifer’s praises and summarized the reason for the split by saying, “I ended a relationship to be alone, because I don’t want to waste somebody’s time if something’s not right.”
Ouch. So he totally admitted that he’s the one who ended things. Nice going, John. Meanwhile, here’s John trying to fight off the blues by spending some time out with his brother and friends.

Jennifer Aniston will not stoop low enough to respond to this BS. I really can’t believe she hooked up with him after the string of celebrities he has been through. The fact that she gave him some attention kind of redeemed him to me but now I think he is nothing but a complete asshole. What a selfish prick to tell the world that he was responsible for the break up–what a way to step up to the plate you dumb prick. I hope that no other self respecting woman will get involved with him. Are the red flags just not BIG enough?
