Hopefully, this marks the beginning of the end of the Gosselins as persons of blogging interest.

TMZ reports that a judge has put his John Hancock on legal papers that have officially ended the marriage between reality television stars, Jon and Kate Gosselin.

Kate says of the outcome, “I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on our children.” Kate’s lawyer explains, “Our client will continue to reside with all eight of her children in the former marital home.”

What a lovely way for the Gosselin family to end a perfectly fabulous year of marital unraveling.
