The Jonas Brothers are just so fantastic. We can all agree on this, yes? Sadly, the trio won’t be attending the VMAs this year, but according to Us Weekly, it has nothing to do with host Russell Brand. Incase you don’t remember, Russell spent most of last year’s award show making fun of the Jo Bro for wearing purity rings and remaining virgins.
However, Nick Jonas said they don’t have a problem with it. He told the BBC, “As far as his comments were concerned, what we said from the beginning was that he seemed to run out of material — but if we’re the butt of his jokes, it’s kind of a compliment in a bizarre way. He has form and ultimately he does a great job. We hope he has a good time this year.”
The brothers showed of their happy-go-lucky nature at a recent show by bringing out a trampoline and showing off some jumping tricks. Please enjoy the video after the jump. Nick and Kevin both have successful flips, but Joe seems to have a little bit of trouble and does a full on butt land on stage. Painful? Sure seems like it would be. Here’s to hoping Joe doesn’t hurt himself as a judge on American Idol.
