For the first time since his recent arrest, Josh Brolin has made a public appearance, stepping out on the red carpet for the Los Angeles premiere of Frozen River. The star of No Country for Old Men opted not to talk to the press about the his barroom brawl in which he was recently involved in Shreveport, LA.

Brolin told reporters,
“[I'm] sorry. I’m kind of in a bad predicament right now,” before
trailing off along the line of media. It’s not clear, but he might also
be referencing the weird TMZ video of him giving an extremely friendly kiss and hug to Sean Penn‘s occasional almost ex-wife Robin Wright Penn in Santa Monica.

Josh seems like he’s got quite a few problems. Sadly, though he’s
totally my cup of tea. I could see myself getting in an ill-advised
relationship with that one.
