Getting a hold of Jude Law to tell him that she was pregnant with his child was no small feat for Samantha Burke. When she dialed the cell phone number he had given her during their relationship, the mommy-to-be found that it had been disconnected.

According to RadarOnline.com, Burke finally got a hold of his publicist’s office in order to get the news to the British actor, who didn’t initially believe the news. However, a DNA test quickly cleared up any disbelief.

Friends tell the website, “Samantha was telling pals in Florida back in the beginning of the year that she and Jude were hooking up. He insisted on not wearing any protection and soon she became pregnant.” Good lord, it’s like he was trying to have a baby, the virile fool.
