As it turns out, Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn are not engaged. US Weekly made us think they were, but Life & Style says it ain’t so. E! Entertainment tries to explain it for us:

Is it on, or is it off? Who’s to say? But I’ll tell you who’s really getting the short end of the stick: gossipmongers like us. And that’s just sad.
