MTV is doing their best to keep Jersey Shore relevant with a sprinkle of Justin Bieber. The music network produced Bieber-Boober’s new film, Never Say Never and what better/easier/cheaper way to promote the film that to mesh it together with Mike “The (overrated) Situation Sorrentino and Pauly D! Entertainment Weekly found two promos, and I couldn’t help but chime in. Check out the two videos below starring all three stud muffins (I gagged a little when I typed that) and confirm whether or not you think everyone is trying too hard.
One more question: Is anyone fired up about Never Say Never? I’m older than a dinosaur, so I can’t relate to Bieber fever. I recall the days of yore when Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears were all the rage. There was a time when Titanic was the hippest film in theaters. Now Bieber has take over and I can’t keep up.
Bieber hit the film’s premiere at Regal E-Walk in New York last night. Other celebs there to celebrate the little bopper: Jon M Chu, LA Reid, Jared Evan, Jay Sean, Spike Lee, and crazy superfan Lynsey Mickolas.
My 5yr old daughter just won three tickets to see this movie from a radio contest I entered her in. So we’re going together (probably inviting one of her little friends) and we are both super pumped! We love JB, full-blown Bieber Fever in my household (much to the horror of my 2 older sons). Everyone knocks The Bieb but look at what he’s done with his life and how far he’s come for only being 16. I have much admiration and respect for him.
